This policy applies to personal information collected when you:

  • Website surfers;

  • Leave details in the "Contact" form;

  • Make a purchase on the website (Checkout);

  • Contact us via WhatsApp/phone/email;

  • Communicate with us via social networks (Instagram / Facebook / TikTok and more).

3. What information do we collect?
3.1 Information you provide to us

  • In the contact form: name, phone number, email, and content of the inquiry.

  • During purchase (Checkout): product details, name/contact information, shipping address, destination country, wedding date, couple details (as you choose to provide), order notes and logistical arrangements.

  • During coordination of scrap collection/shipping: collection/delivery address, availability, instructions for the courier, and service correspondence.

Clarification: We do not store credit card details; credit payment is processed by an external clearing provider (Grow).

3.2 Information collected automatically when browsing

  • IP address, device/browser identifiers, browsing data (pages viewed, time spent), cookies/pixels/tags.

  • Analytics and marketing data (to the extent you have consented to this in the cookie banner).

4. Purposes of using information

We use information to:

  • Provide the services and products: handling orders, shipping the glass, coordinating the collection of fragments, producing the artistic product, shipping the artistic product, and support.

  • Customer service and responding to inquiries.

  • Website operation, security, fraud prevention and malfunctions.

  • Compliance with legal requirements (accounting/tax/dispute management/rights enforcement).

  • Marketing and updates – only in accordance with consent and subject to law (see Section 8).

5. Who do we share information with?

We may share information as necessary with:

  • Wix – Wix's website platform, hosting, forms, and mailing/marketing tools.

  • Grow – Payment provider (payment processor; not required to provide card details to us).

  • Courier companies in Israel: [not yet selected]; and abroad – recognized international shipping companies.

  • Suppliers/artists/service providers involved in the production and finishing of the artistic product (as holders/processors as necessary).

  • Analytics and marketing tools (to the extent implemented on the site and in accordance with consent): for example, Wix Analytics, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok Pixel, Google Ads, and other common tools.

  • Competent authorities – if required by law/order.

6. Transferring information outside of Israel

Since the service is also provided to customers outside of Israel, and some of the infrastructure/shipping/analytics providers may be located outside of Israel, information may be transferred and/or stored in other countries. In such a case, we will work to implement reasonable contractual/organizational safeguards in accordance with applicable law and in accordance with the requirements of the service providers.

7. Information retention

We will retain personal information only for the time necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including order management, customer service, compliance with legal requirements, and statute of limitations claims. We will then delete or anonymize it, to the extent possible and subject to law.

8. Marketing mailings and advertising messages (email/text messages/WhatsApp)

  1. We may send updates, offers and marketing content through means such as email and WhatsApp.

  2. We will only send marketing messages after obtaining consent as required, and each message will provide an easy option to stop receiving messages.

9. Rights in relation to personal information

In accordance with applicable law, you may be entitled to request review/correction/update/deletion of personal information, and to object to marketing.

10. Information security

We take reasonable organizational and technical security measures to mitigate risks (such as access controls, permissions, and measures available on the Wix platform/vendors). However, no system is completely immune.

11. Minors' Privacy

The service is not intended for minors. If you become aware that we have been provided with information about a minor without the consent of a parent/guardian, please contact us for deletion.

12. Cookies and managing preferences

The site uses cookies and similar tools for operation, security, analytics and marketing purposes – depending on your choice in the cookie banner. You can change your preferences at any time using the "Cookie Preferences" link on the site.

13. Policy changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The updated date will appear at the top of the page.
