4. Service description and ordering process
The customer purchases a product on the site and chooses the type of artistic product (if a choice is given at the time of ordering) or according to the selection process presented on the site/in the service messages.
The business sends the glass to the customer for breaking (in Israel – the glass is shipped free of charge; abroad – shipping costs will be displayed/summarized according to the destination).
After the chuppah and the breaking of the glass – the fragments are collected in one of the following ways:
- A courier on behalf of the business (for an additional fee, as shown on the website/by arrangement).
- Customer's own collection/delivery (customer's responsibility, in accordance with packaging and safety guidelines). After collecting the fragments, the business produces the artistic product and sends it to the customer.
5. Delivery times
Estimated delivery time: approximately 6 weeks from the date of collection of the fragments from the customer (not from the date of order).
Delays may occur due to congestion, holidays, manual production constraints, shipping/customs constraints or force majeure. Delays due to force majeure (including security situations, strikes, shipping delays, regulatory restrictions, etc.) may delay delivery dates and will not be considered a breach. The business will notify the customer within a reasonable time of the delay and the updated estimate.

For shipments outside of Israel: The customer is responsible for any customs/import VAT/taxes/duties or any payment required in the destination country, if applicable.

The business works with various courier companies in Israel, and sends shipments abroad through well-known international shipping companies.
Shipments/pickups carried out through a courier company on behalf of the business will include basic shipping insurance in accordance with the terms of the courier company.
In the event of loss/damage during shipping carried out by the courier company – liability and handling will be according to the terms of the courier company and insurance; the business will assist in coordinating and maximizing handling with the courier company, to the extent possible.
8.3 Customer self-pickup/delivery
If the customer chooses to deliver/ship the fragments themselves – this is done under their full responsibility (including packaging, safety, selection of shipping service and insurance).
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the shipment complies with the laws of the country of origin/destination and any safety, shipping, and content requirements.
The business will not be held responsible for delays/loss/damage caused by improper packaging, improper delivery, or self-shipping without appropriate insurance.
8.4 Packaging and safety requirements for fragments (mandatory guidelines)
For safety reasons and to protect the fragments, the customer undertakes to pack as follows:
Use gloves when collecting the fragments and keep children away.
Collect all the fragments into a thick/double bag and close tightly.
Wrap the bag in layers of bubble wrap/softener so that the fragments don't move.
Place inside a double rigid cardboard box (inner cardboard inside an outer cardboard box or strong double corrugated cardboard).
Fill spaces in the cardboard with a cushioning material (paper/foam/styrofoam) to prevent movement.
Mark the cardboard: "Shards of glass - fragile."
The customer is responsible for any injury/damage/cuts caused by unsafe handling or improper packaging.

9. Uniqueness, handmade and matching the images
Each glass and each artistic product is produced/finished uniquely, by hand, and uses the customer's glass fragments - therefore, there may be a natural and reasonable deviation between the illustrative images on the website/online and the product that will actually be received (for example, in color, texture, structure of the fragments, proportions and finish).
The images on the site are for illustrative purposes only.
10. Transaction Cancellation, Refunds and Changes
10.1 Since the product includes a personal production component from the customer's perspective, the possibility of cancellation is affected by the stage of the transaction:
A. After the order but before the glass is shipped to the customer
The customer will receive a full refund (after receiving a cancellation notice) subject to and in accordance with the law.
B. After the glass has been shipped but before it has been used
The customer will receive a refund (after receiving a cancellation notice) subject to and in accordance with the law, as long as the product has not been used and is returned in its original packaging.
Refund minus legal cancellation fees (up to 5% or 100 NIS – whichever is lower). The cancellation fee ceiling may also include external costs/commissions to the extent that they actually occurred (such as shipping/clearing), in accordance with the law.
C. After breaking the glass (but before collecting the shards from the customer)
A charge of 300 NIS + VAT (for the glass and logistics costs) and a refund of the remaining amount.
It is clarified that this stage reflects the start of a unique service and operational preparation.
D. From the moment the fragments are collected from the customer (via a courier on behalf of the business or self-delivery/shipping)
There are no refunds at all, since this is a personal/unique creation process ("goods made especially for the consumer") and the actual preparation of a customized product has begun.
10.2 How to submit a cancellation request
A cancellation request can be submitted by one of the following means: email / WhatsApp / telephone (according to the contact information above).
It is recommended to attach: full name, order number/order details, and a brief description of the process stage (before delivery/after delivery/before breakage/after breakage/before collecting fragments).
Refunds will be made in accordance with the law, and in any case within the deadlines set by law from the date of receipt of the cancellation notice.
10.3 Method of refund
-
The refund will be made as much as possible to the same payment method with which the transaction was paid, in accordance with the law and the limitations of the payment providers.
10.4 Transaction denial
-
In the event of a transaction denial by the credit card company, the business will be entitled to freeze the processing of the order until a decision is made, and present the clearing provider/credit card company with evidence and references (including confirmation of delivery, documentation of the collection of the fragments, and documentation of the start of the creative work). The collection of the fragments and/or the start of the creative process will be considered the start of the service and the order of a personalized product; cancellation/refund, if applicable, will be in accordance with the cancellation policy and legal provisions.
11. Limitation of Liability (subject to law)
The customer is responsible for providing and confirming accurate details in the order (including names, spelling, date, address and contact information). Errors originating from the details provided by the customer may result in delay and/or additional cost (including re-production/re-delivery), and the business will not be liable for them. The above does not detract from the business's liability for an error made by it.
The product includes a glass cup intended for ceremonial breaking - please proceed with caution. The business is not responsible for bodily harm caused by careless use, contrary to instructions, or due to negligent behavior of users/third parties.
The business will not be responsible for delays/failures resulting from force majeure or third-party services (shipping/clearing companies/platforms), but will work to assist as much as possible.
The above does not detract from liability that the law does not allow for conditionalization.
12. Intellectual Property
-
All intellectual property rights on the site, including design, images, texts, logos and trademarks, belong to the business or third parties who have granted it a license to use them. They may not be used without prior written permission. The business may use images of the artistic product for documentation and marketing purposes, without identifying details.
13. Law and jurisdiction
Applicable law: Law of the State of Israel. Jurisdiction: The competent courts in the Tel Aviv-Jaffa district.
If these regulations appear on the site in languages other than Hebrew, these versions are for the convenience of the reader only, and the Hebrew version is the determining one.
